Have you ever had that "Aaarrrrgh" moment? The moment that makes you want to pull your hair and stomp your feet and go to the top of the mountain and scream and shout? Well, if you have, then do it. Why not? If you keep it all bottled up, you may feel worse.
Sometimes it feels good to have a good release, a good hair pulling, feet stamping, shouting moment. You will feel much better afterwards. It is much better than keeping it all bottled inside.
However, do remember not to say unkind words in a moment of anger because words cuts like a knife and once it is said, it can never be taken back. So pull your hair and stomp your feet if you want but think twice before saying anything in anger.

I was not feeling happy last night and this morning but I decided to turn some of that negative feelings into positive energy... by writing. I wrote this quotes today. I hope you like them. It is about always believing in yourself and making sure your self image is not dented by anything anyone says.

I've got a
CafePress Shop that sells gifts for moms with funny quotes on them. I started the shop because I love Quotes and I love to write. Designing Gifts With Cute Quotes For Mothers is a hobby or an extension to my writing and quotes interest. I enjoy writing poems and quotes are even easier to write than poems because they're shorter.

I received this as part of an email today. I think it is really beautiful and should be shared with all women, so here it is. Below is a wonderful poem
